Types of power supplies
UniGripper is supplied either with integrated vacuum generators, or for connection to an external power supply.Reverse blow function is standard on all vacuum generators. On request a simpler version can be offered without reverse blow cylinder.
For external power supply the grippers are supplied with hose-connections.
Electrical side-channel blowers
- Used for bigger grippers
- Used if customer has low capacity of compressed Air4–18 kW
- High vacuum-flow
- Vacuum-level 0-400 mBar
- Powerful integrated reverse blow function for quick release of products.
- Supplied with silencers and particle filter.
- Many accessories.
Vacuum Generators (ejectors)
- Used for SMS and smaller grippers.
- Easy to install, only compressed air supply
- Limited vacuum-flow
- Vacuum-level 0-720mBar
- Uses Piab-Coax technology
- Reverse blow function
- Air powered with reverse blow functions and adjustable power. (Models LP30-LP240R).

Vacuum generator LP240R with reverse blow system
The Vacuum generators (LP30-LP240) could easily be poweroptimised for your system. This is due to the intelligent design with exchangeable Venturi-units.
